Har tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i ben, rumpa, mage och rygg.. k\u00e4nner mig inte helt hundra helt enkelt!<\/p>\n<p>Men imorgon k\u00f6r vi igen! Fan va pepp jag har blivit p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning nu! \u00e4r skitsugen idag med men som sagt s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste jag l\u00e5ta kroppen vila lite ocks\u00e5.. Har i och f\u00f6r sig varit ute p\u00e5 en morgonpromenad i 45 minuter och blir en minst lika l\u00e5ng ikv\u00e4ll ocks\u00e5..
