Alla som k\u00e4nner mig vet att jag har ett enormt socker behov och skulle v\u00e4lja socker framf\u00f6r allt alla dagar i veckan. P\u00e5 senaste tiden har mitt socker beroende \u00f6kat rej\u00e4lt och d\u00e5 har \u00e4ven mitt blodsocker \u00f6kat som har b\u00f6rjat ge d\u00e5liga symtomer som tr\u00f6tthet, \u00f6kad t\u00f6rst och illam\u00e5ende..<\/p>\n<p>s\u00e5 nu har jag b\u00f6rjat hitta nya snacks utan socker och sm\u00f6r som jag vill dela med mig av.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Chokladbollar med Dadlar.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>dessa bollar g\u00f6r jag utan recept men har i valfria n\u00f6tter (jag hade mandlar) som man hackar och mortlar till pulver. Sen har jag i dadlar, havregryn, kakao och kaffe som man blandar l\u00e4tt ihop till en deg. Efter det rullar jag dom i kokos.<\/p>\n<p>Super goda, s\u00f6ta och l\u00e4tta att g\u00f6ra.
