L&aring;gt blodtryck o l&auml;ttmagkatarr inget de kan sjukskriva mej f&ouml;r s&aring; iv&auml;g till jobbet imorn&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: courier new,courier;\">S&aring; f&ouml;r att f&aring; bort det l&aring;ga blodtrycket ska jag b&ouml;rja tr&auml;na regelbundet, har antagligen f&aring;tt blodtrycket s&auml;nkt eftersom jag inte tr&auml;nat p&aring; ganska l&auml;nge pga ryggen men nu &auml;r det v&auml;l bara att s&auml;tta fart. Dricka mycket va ocks&aring; v&auml;ldigt viktigt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: courier new,courier;\">Magkatarren ska bort med &auml;ndrade matvanor, inget stark, stekt, fett, alkohol, tobak osv.
