Det &auml;r en dryck gjord p&aring; mandlar och vatten som ska kompensera mj&ouml;lk i RAW FOOD. Jag blev nyfiken p&aring; &#8221;mj&ouml;lken&#8221;, vilken faktiskt visade sig vara r&auml;tt god. L&aring;t mixerna g&aring; en stund. Sila ut mj&ouml;lken med&nbsp;en silduk, n&ouml;tmj&ouml;lkp&aring;se eller nylonstrumpa. Spar n&ouml;tpulpan som&nbsp;blir &ouml;ver. Den &auml;r perfekt att blanda i biffar, pajdeg, &nbsp;torka eller&nbsp;att ha i m&uuml;slin eller frys i den&nbsp;till ett senare tillf&auml;lle.
