Sedan f&aring;r du en DVD vilket &auml;r ett 47 minuter l&aring;ngt tr&auml;ningspass med uppv&auml;rmning, kondition, styrka och avslutning. Man k&auml;nner sig sk&ouml;nt utmattad efter&aring;t samt smidig och stark!
