Det \u00e4r n\u00e4stan helt tomt! Ingen k\u00f6 till l\u00f6pbanden, inga svettiga m\u00e4n som st\u00f6nar vid maskinerna, ingen stress liksom.<br \/>\nJag v\u00e4rmer upp med en kort promenad p\u00e5 bandet och sen utf\u00f6r jag lugnt mina \u00f6vningar vid de olika maskinerna och vikterna. Det \u00e4r harmoniskt p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt..<br \/>\nSk\u00f6nt att tr\u00e4ningen f\u00e5r vara just harmonisk nu eftersom jag trots allt \u00e4r h\u00f6ggravid. Annat blir det sen n\u00e4r Maxine kommit ut. D\u00e5 blir tr\u00e4ningen annorlunda och mer intensiv vilket jag ocks\u00e5 ser fram emot!<br \/>\nGraviditeten har verkligen hj\u00e4lpt mig att hitta en sundhet och en regelbundenhet i tr\u00e4ningen. F\u00f6rut har jag varit en riktig jojo-tr\u00e4nare men nu k\u00e4nns det som att jag har hittat en balans som jag trivs med.
