Jag har aldrig varit en person som g\u00e5tt och lagt mig mitt p\u00e5 dagen. T\u00e4nker att det finns s\u00e5 mycket annat jag kan passa p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra n\u00e4r M sover. Kolla p\u00e5 tv, l\u00e4sa tidningar, facebooka, instagramma, st\u00e4da mm.<br \/>\nMen efter kraschen i helgen fick jag ta mig i kragen och inse att n\u00e5gra timmars s\u00f6mn mitt p\u00e5 dagen \u00e4r att f\u00f6redra om jag ska kunna forts\u00e4tta att vara den d\u00e4r braiga mamman jag vill vara.<br \/>\nSagt och gjort! Sl\u00e4ck alla lampor och l\u00e4gg bort mobilen, tv-kontrollen, tidningar och annat distraherande = 2-3 timmar s\u00f6mn flera dagar p\u00e5 raken nu.
