Jag k\u00e4nner mig piggare, starkare och snyggare!<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r en helt annan typ av motivation inf\u00f6r tr\u00e4ningen jag k\u00e4nner nu j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med innan jag blev gravid.<br \/>\nDessutom tror jag att detta kan vara b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 en regelbunden tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r min del vilket skulle vara j\u00e4ttesk\u00f6nt d\u00e5 jag alltid varit en periodare; antingen har jag k\u00f6rt stenh\u00e5rt eller inget alls. <\/p>\n<p>Idag \u00e4r jag p\u00e5 landet och b\u00f6rjade med en timmes powerwalk f\u00f6ljt av ca 30 min styrketr\u00e4ning i gymmet p\u00e5 golfklubben. Gymmet \u00e4r inte det modernaste men hantlar som hantlar liksom..
