B\u00f6rjar v\u00e4ll med <strong>frukost<\/strong> d\u00e5!<\/p>\n<p>1 portion Havregrynsgr\u00f6t med laktosfri l\u00e4ttmj\u00f6lk, en halv skivad banan och ett \u00e4gg. Samt en stor kopp gr\u00f6nt te. <\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e4tt och bel\u00e5ten<\/strong>, inget mj\u00f6l, ingen laktos, inget koffein, inget socker (mer \u00e4n lite naturligt i bananen). <strong>250 kalorier<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolhydrater<\/strong>, ja, men nyttiga s\u00e5dana med l\u00e5gt GI, som hj\u00e4rnan faktiskt beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att fungera! <\/p>\n<p> <strong>En bra start p\u00e5 dagen<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Lagt in i en <strong>matdagbok<\/strong> f\u00f6r att kolla ungef\u00e4rligt inneh\u00e5ll.
