{"id":784,"date":"2012-06-24T20:24:18","date_gmt":"2012-06-24T18:24:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/starsofbeauty\/?p=784"},"modified":"2012-06-24T21:48:30","modified_gmt":"2012-06-24T19:48:30","slug":"rabarberpaj-med-marangoverdrag-recept","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/starsofbeauty\/2012\/06\/24\/rabarberpaj-med-marangoverdrag-recept\/","title":{"rendered":"Rabarberpaj med Mar\u00e4ng\u00f6verdrag recept!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bjuder h\u00e4r p\u00e5 receptet p\u00e5 en zmarrig rabarberpaj jag (och min familj) brukar baka! \ud83d\ude42 Har \u00e4ndrat en aning i receptet genom \u00e5ren och gjort den till &#8221;min egen&#8221; h\u00e5ll till godo!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p>Pajdeg:<br \/>\n100 gram sm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1,5 dl vetemj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1,5 dl Havregryn<br \/>\n1 dl str\u00f6socker<\/p>\n<p>Blanda i hop, platta ut i pajform.<\/p>\n<p>Rabarber Fyllning:<br \/>\nca 1 liter rabarber skuren i sm\u00e5bitar<br \/>\n0,5-1dl str\u00f6socker (beroende p\u00e5 hur rabarberna smakar)<br \/>\n2 msk vatten<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg i en kastrull och l\u00e5t &#8221;sm\u00e4lta&#8221; ca 10 min p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme. (Vill man kan man \u00e4ven passa p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajskalet under tiden p\u00e5 175 grader, men jag brukar inte g\u00f6ra det)<br \/>\n R\u00f6r endast om f\u00f6rsiktigt s\u00e5 inte alla bitar rabarber g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder! Sila av v\u00e4tskan som kokat ur, (spar g\u00e4rna det och g\u00f6r lemonad, saft, s\u00e5s eller soppa av!)<br \/>\nH\u00e4ll resten av rabarberna i pajformen. Gr\u00e4dda ca 20 min, 175 grader mitt i ugn.<\/p>\n<p>Mar\u00e4ngtopping;<br \/>\n3 \u00e4ggvitor<br \/>\n1dl socker<\/p>\n<p>Vispa till det \u00e4r fluffigt och klarar mar\u00e4ngprovet (v\u00e4nd sk\u00e5len upp och ner ovanf\u00f6r huvudet \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Ta ut pajen, bred eller spritsa p\u00e5 och s\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen p\u00e5 ugnen till 150 grader. In med pajen igen ca 15 min tills mar\u00e4ngen stelnat till och f\u00e5tt en fin f\u00e4rg! <\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got, men mycket god ljummen!
