Jag lagar bra nyttig mat till lunch och middag, men f&ouml;rst&ouml;r det genom att dels ta tex lingonsylt till havregrynsgr&ouml;ten, honung i te, och aldeles f&ouml;r ofta n&aring;n chokladbit eller godis p&aring; dagen\/em emellan m&aring;ltiderna. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Jag VET att jag kan undvika en stor del av s&ouml;tsuget genom att &auml;ta oftare, dvs mellanm&aring;l emellan, men jag hinner aldrig g&ouml;ra n&aring;t av de grejerna som tipsas om (&auml;ggr&ouml;ra, smothies mm) och frukt ska man ju egentligen ox&aring; undvika p&aring; em d&aring; fruktsockeret inte heller e helt ok. Men visst, klart det m&aring;ste vara b&auml;ttre med en frukt &auml;n godis. &Aring; egentligen b&auml;ttre med en h&aring;rd kn&auml;ckemacka ox&aring;, &auml;n att jag blir s&ouml;tsugen. Men om man nu ska f&ouml;rs&ouml;ka ta bort\/minska kolhydraterna vad &auml;r bra mellanm&aring;l som man kan ha med i farten &auml;ven n&auml;r man e ute &aring; fl&auml;nger?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">M&aring;ste leta vidare&#8230; <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jag blir tokig p&aring; mitt sockerbeg&auml;r!!
