Att jag tillbringade 3 timmar p\u00e5 gymmet ig\u00e5r, inge konstigt alls? Haha \ud83d\ude09 nej det r\u00e5kade bara bli s\u00e5..<\/p>\n<p>Anledningen var ju att jag hade bokat spinning vid 18, men kom tid lite tidigare (d\u00e5 jag inte hade s\u00e5 mycke b\u00e4ttree f\u00f6r mig..) s\u00e5 k\u00f6rde gym en 20 min, sen blev det spinning 18-19, sen hade jag lovat en v\u00e4n att tr\u00e4na med henne, s\u00e5 blev pulsmedel pass 19.30-20.10.. o \u00e4ven lite gym en 15 min.. s\u00e5 blev tre timmar allt som allt..
