Efter att ha vaknat med lite halsont s\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver jag idag en riktig vitaminkick och dagens drink inneh\u00e5ller f\u00e4rsk spenat, apelsin, \u00e4pple, mor\u00f6tter och f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra. Jag skalar alla frukter och gr\u00f6nsaker \u00e4ven om man faktiskt kan k\u00f6ra i dem med skal p\u00e5 i min maskin, k\u00e4nner dock att jag vill minimera antalet gifter, d\u00e5 mycket besprutningar tyv\u00e4rr\u00a0sitter i skalet.
