S\u00e5 d\u00e5 kan jag s\u00e4ga att det beh\u00f6vs inte! N\u00e4r man \u00e4ter frukost och lunch s\u00e5 kan man \u00e4ta n\u00e4stan vad som helst f\u00f6r de kalorierna f\u00f6rsvinner under dagen, man m\u00e5ste inte trycka i sig v\u00e4rsta tjocka r\u00e4tterna men typ en macka o kaffe\/te\/choklad, o lunch kan man ju ta n\u00e5tt hemlagat, man beh\u00f6ver inte g\u00e5 o k\u00f6pa en tjock hamburgare. Men n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller middag d\u00e5 kan man antingen ers\u00e4tta de med pulverdiet lr liknande eller s\u00e5 tar man en sallad. D\u00e5 rekomenderar jag att man k\u00f6per egna gr\u00f6nsaker o g\u00f6r en sallad ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r k\u00f6pa f\u00f6r det \u00e4r faktiskt onyttigare. Och blir man hungrig mellan m\u00e5ltiderna s\u00e5 ta en frukt! Det hj\u00e4lper mot s\u00f6tsug som attans!
