Pasta har bra kolhydrater! Ger energi o frukosten f\u00f6rsvinner \u00e4nd\u00e5 under dagen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5t ingen lunch, jag gick direkt till till fika med syrran \ud83d\ude1b hemma gjorda donuts med o utan socker p\u00e5. O lite p\u00e4rondryck till det.<\/p>\n<p>Sen gjorde jag middag som d\u00e5 inneh\u00f6ll kryddor, inte j\u00e4tte kryddstarkt men lite o det s\u00e4tter ig\u00e5ng f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nning o drack vatten till det.<\/p>\n<p>Nu tog jag en glass haha, glassbilen kom s\u00e5 \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n<p>Men ska g\u00f6ra lite situps o annat ikv\u00e4ll \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Har typ inte sm\u00e5\u00e4tit n\u00e5got alls.
