Daglig workout appen som jag anv\u00e4nder funkar v\u00e4ldigt bra \ud83d\ude42 finns tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r armar, ben m.m. o s\u00e5 kan man v\u00e4lja helkroppstr\u00e4ning.
