L\u00e5g p\u00e5 rygg p\u00e5 golvet(mattan) och h\u00f6ll l\u00e4ngst ner i ribbst\u00e4llningen(?) som sitter p\u00e5 v\u00e4ggen och lyfte benen rakt upp. N\u00e4r benen \u00e4r rakt upp i luften lyfter man \u00e4ven rumpan. \ud83d\ude42 Sen ner igen tills du \u00e4r 5-10cm \u00f6ver golvet. K\u00f6rde 15*4, eller 5 tappade bort mig i musikens v\u00e4rld, haha..<\/p>\n<p>Mellan seten k\u00f6rde jag armh\u00e4vningar 2*15 + 1*20! Har tidigare k\u00f6rt 3*15, men k\u00e4nde idag att jag skulle klara att \u00f6ka lite, s\u00e5 d\u00e5 gjorde jag det! Var tungt och segt dom sista, men det gick!!<\/p>\n<p>Gymmet st\u00e4ngde s\u00e5 hann inte med mer \u00e4n knappt en timme idag men det kommer nog k\u00e4nnas i kroppen iaf! Den b\u00e4sta tr\u00e4ningen \u00e4r den som blir av..
