Den rusade men jag fick verkligen ut maximalt av dagen. Kunde inte ha b\u00f6rjat b\u00e4ttre med en kickstart tidig morgon innan jobbm\u00f6ten, inne p\u00e5 <strong>Mood Stockholm<\/strong> med b\u00e4ste Fru Fylking d\u00e5 vi var p\u00e5 pressfrukost f\u00f6r <strong>Ulrika Davidssons<\/strong> release av sin nya bok &#8221;<strong>Kickstart<\/strong> <em>-7 kostprogram till ett l\u00e4ttare liv<\/em>&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ulrika som har skrivit flertal b\u00f6cker om GI-metoden, LCHF och l\u00e5gkolhydratkost. Den h\u00e4r boken nu med lika fina bilder och goda recept, kompletterar de tidigare b\u00f6ckerna men nu en bok med <em>&#8221;kickstartsprogram&#8221;<\/em> n\u00e4r du vill att kilona ska f\u00f6rsvinna lite fortare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5got jag verkligen fastnade f\u00f6r \u00e4r Ulrikas nya teori att man ska <em>inte<\/em> \u00e4ta och trycka i sig mellanm\u00e5l var tredje timme, om man vill g\u00e5 ner i vikt. Som s\u00e5 allt f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga tyv\u00e4rr maniskt g\u00f6r och r\u00e4knar timmar. Frukost, <em>mellanm\u00e5l<\/em>, lunch, <em>mellanm\u00e5l<\/em>, middag, <em>kv\u00e4llsm\u00e5l<\/em>. Puh s\u00e4ger jag! Och det \u00e4r det h\u00e4r Ulrika nu h\u00e4vdar motsatsen &#8211; om du \u00e4ter en frukost kl 08:00, kommer du ha b\u00e4st f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nning kl 11, och kan mycket v\u00e4l v\u00e4nta till lunch kl 12. Det f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter ju att du \u00e4ter en stabil frukost, och sen lunch. Jag har aldrig slaviskt r\u00e4knat timmar, kalorier mm utan alltid g\u00e5tt p\u00e5 sunda f\u00f6rnuftet. H\u00e5ller koll p\u00e5 vad jag \u00e4ter f\u00f6rvisso men unnar mig ocks\u00e5 en del. Maniskt h\u00e5lla koll p\u00e5 timmar mellan m\u00e5len, n\u00e4..jag \u00e4ter n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r hungrig. Men klart jag beh\u00f6ver n\u00e5got innan tr\u00e4ningen om jag har ett tungt styrkepass. Man f\u00e5r ju anpassa lite efter hur mycket man tr\u00e4nar ocks\u00e5 s\u00e5 klart.<\/p>\n<p>Men v\u00e4ldigt inspirerande f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning med g\u00e4ster, god frukost med Ulrikas egna m\u00fcsli och h\u00e4lsodryck, slurp! \ud83d\ude42 M\u00e4tta, glada, inspirerade med en v\u00e4ldigt fin goodibag och Ulrikas bok under armen s\u00e5 blev det minst sagt en kickstart!
