Jag som alltid \u00e4r f\u00f6rst ut, f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker boka in mig p\u00e5 dom f\u00f6rsta tillf\u00e4llena p\u00e5 utbildningarna och sen k\u00f6ra direkt p\u00e5 men f\u00f6rra veckan fanns inte tiden och tillf\u00e4llet att fokusera och l\u00e4ra in den. Nog f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen det h\u00e4nt d\u00e5 jag \u00e4r envis som f\u00e5 att leverera direkt och s\u00e4tta koreografin. Det var f\u00f6r mycket p\u00e5 jobb rakt i IDOL f\u00f6rhandlingar att jobbet fick g\u00e5 f\u00f6re men idag var jag redo and I love the 93a! Det \u00e4r tufft! Tempo, nya kombinationer och sjukt m\u00e5nga bra l\u00e5tar. Jag som tidigare Grit-instrukt\u00f6r \u00c4LSKAR nya axell\u00e5ten och kombinationen h\u00e4r! Du kommer hajja om du k\u00f6r den. S\u00e4ger bara OUFF!!<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 BP p\u00e5 lunchen och Chris k\u00f6rde crosstraining p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen. Till middag kyckling med Taiwokade gr\u00f6nsaker, inga s\u00e5ser och vatten i glaset. Dag 3\/60!
