Min spinningklass som jag leder p\u00e5 SATS H\u00f6torget p\u00e5 lunchen sen k\u00f6r vi personlig tr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen med Paul. I tisdags mer baksida med rygg och ben. Idag mer framsida, axlar, triceps men en del ben med, inte schysst med den tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rken!:) En helt galen squat\u00f6vning som inte var av denna v\u00e4rld! \ufeffB\u00f6rjar nere att grabba t\u00e5rna, trycker rumpan ner och ut, trycker ut benen med armarna, lyfter upp br\u00f6stet s\u00e5 ryggen tar, damn va den tar i det l\u00e4get! Sen. SEN! Armarna upp f\u00f6r sist resa dig upp i squate! 3! G.\u00c5.N.G.E.R 10!! Den var killer! L\u00e5ter, ser l\u00e4tt ut? Det var tusan det tyngsta jag gjort! Och den d\u00e4r 9an, innan sista 10an!!
