Paul \u00e4r iallafall ledig tv\u00e5 veckor nu, han fick nog helt enkelt.:)<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4mt \u00e5 sido. Vi har lovat k\u00f6ra dom tv\u00e5 passen sj\u00e4lva Paul har gjort \u00e5t oss, samma dagar, samma tider, no excuses tills Paul \u00e4r tillbaks, s\u00e5 vi tog oss till gymmet och f\u00f6ljde programmet till punkt och pricka. Gick bra tack vare vi har varandra jag och Christer men vilken skillnad \u00e4nd\u00e5. Att ha en personlig tr\u00e4nare vid sin sida, kan tom jag k\u00e4nna som \u00e4r instrukt\u00f6r. Inte bara lyxen att din PT f\u00f6rser dig med allt material och vikter, inst\u00e4llningar och \u00e4ven plockar undan i dina pauser och l\u00e5ter dig fokusera bara p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningen.Utan ocks\u00e5 ha den personen d\u00e4r som justerar din teknik och \u00e4r p\u00e5 dig att inte ge upp utan ta dom d\u00e4r sista 2. Vi peppade varandra men f\u00f6r mig \u00e4r det d\u00e4r extra en PT kan ge v\u00e4rt varenda krona, guldv\u00e4rt.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gra pics fr\u00e5n n\u00e5gra \u00f6vningar fr\u00e5n kv\u00e4llen &#8211; \u00f6vningarna kommer jag skriva mer om. Och nej, mindre bra bilder, p\u00e5 mig iallafall, &nbsp;men &#8211;&nbsp;<span><b>If you still look cute&nbsp;at the end of&nbsp;your&nbsp;workout,&nbsp;you&nbsp;didn&#8217;t train&nbsp;hard enough. &#8221;<\/b>Pose-bilder&#8221; f\u00e5r bli efter tr\u00e4ningen, inte under.
