Ett grymt pass och i mitt tycke bland dom b\u00e4sta crosstrainingpass vi har d\u00e5 jag varit med n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger. Jag hade spritt i benen, kom fr\u00e5n jobbet i tid i dag s\u00e5 jag best\u00e4mde mig f\u00f6r \u00f6verraska Christer, och k\u00f6ra kv\u00e4llspasset med. Sjukt taggad! Grymt pass, som alltid! Love Jana. Och go Christer! Det var fart p\u00e5 honom! Jana k\u00f6r h\u00e5rt! Non stop i 45 minuter. Uppv\u00e4rmning direkt p\u00e5 \u00f6vningarna sen.
