S\u00f6ndagen trots p\u00e5skledigheten tog vi Body Pump ute i SATS V\u00e4rmd\u00f6. M\u00e5ndagen sprang vi 8 km. &nbsp;Tisdagen, ig\u00e5r, \u00e4r lika med personlig tr\u00e4ning med Paul. Och underskatta inte den h\u00e4r cykeln vi har p\u00e5 SATS H\u00f6torget! Som jag helt \u00e4rlig sj\u00e4lv trott varit en uppv\u00e4rmningscykel mer skonsam s\u00e5dann. Dom st\u00e5r oftast tomma har jag m\u00e4rkt, n\u00e4r jag varit h\u00e4r iallafall, och kanske m\u00e5nga precis som jag inte t\u00e4nkt p\u00e5 dom och f\u00f6rst\u00e5tt dom. Jo visst, lugnt kan man ju ta om man vill, och bra d\u00e5 man till skillnad fr\u00e5n vanlig cykel f\u00e5r med sig armar, axlar h\u00e4r el s\u00e5 g\u00f6r man som Paul. Drar p\u00e5 motst\u00e5nd och klockar oss p\u00e5 intervaller! 50 sekunder i Max speed, vilar 20 sek! Detta X 4! Som avslutning av v\u00e5rt pass!! Ok! Jag har helt annan uppfattning av denna cykel! Den.\u00e4r.grym!
