Jag ledde klassen och instruerade! P\u00e5 ett ben! Med vikter h\u00e4ngandes p\u00e5 kryckorna ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r st\u00e5ng! Skoja bara!! \ud83d\ude42 Men du hade inte blivit f\u00f6rv\u00e5nad om jag hade va! Hehehe! Hade s\u00e4kert g\u00e5tt, men hade nog inte varit j\u00e4tte bra tr\u00e4ningsf\u00f6rebild och nog g\u00e5tt emot lite regler f\u00f6r inte tala om v\u00e4rderingar. Men! Jag f\u00f6ljde med, idag till SATS Sj\u00f6staden s\u00e5 k\u00f6rde jag maskiner i gymmet ist\u00e4llet och perfekt d\u00e5 dom p\u00e5 \u00f6versta v\u00e5ningen, jag tog hissen upp, har en sektion med ca 15 maskiner samlat f\u00f6r varje muskel s\u00e5 det var bara ta &#8221;varvet&#8221; och skippade fria vikter idag d\u00e5 det var s\u00e5 smidigt ha allt n\u00e4ra och jag kunde n\u00e4stan g\u00f6ra alla maskinerna. Oerh\u00f6rt sk\u00f6nt d\u00e5 jag idag ocks\u00e5 tr\u00e4nade ben! Observera singular! Framsida, baksida, insida l\u00e5r, s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt!! K\u00f6rde \u00e4ven rygg, br\u00f6st, armar och mage. Hann precis p\u00e5 Christers timme, hade bara mage kvar n\u00e4r Christer kom ut. Sk\u00f6n genomk\u00f6rare och k\u00e4nns bra klara det sj\u00e4lv med. Och m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 s\u00e4ga, rackarns snyggt Sj\u00f6staden \u00e4r! Ett av v\u00e5ra senast \u00f6ppna nya center!
