S\u00e5 vi tar det lugnt innan hemf\u00e4rd med l\u00e5ng frukost och tr\u00e4ning i gymmet. S\u00e5 om litet gym men fanns det vi beh\u00f6vde. En b\u00e4nk och hantlar s\u00e5 kommer du faktiskt v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e5ngt och n\u00e5got jag sj\u00e4lv h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 se \u00f6ver att faktiskt k\u00f6pa hem. Mycket pga mina 4 veckor kvar med gips men sen lite kul att alltid ha alternativet att kunna riva av ett pass hemma. F\u00f6r inte tala om den dagen jag kommer vara mammaledig s\u00e5 varf\u00f6r v\u00e4nta. Tror jag kommer ha nytta av det fram\u00e5t med och inte alls dumt att k\u00f6pa hem f\u00f6r plats har vi.&nbsp;Blir nog ett mindre hemmagym i veckan.<\/p>\n<p>Christer, he&#8217;s flying! Tr\u00e4ning med gips by the way. Ja, r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 dig \u00e4r j\u00e4tte bra och n\u00e4stan ert m\u00e5ste skulle jag vilja s\u00e4ga och hitta din niv\u00e5 och r\u00f6relser. Det enda som g\u00e4ller \u00e4r att det inte rinner svett ner i gipset men s\u00e5 svettig blir jag inte av styrketr\u00e4ning. Och t\u00e4nk ocks\u00e5 att h\u00e5lla benet h\u00f6gt s\u00e5 mellan setten och \u00f6vningarna s\u00e5 l\u00e4gger jag upp benet s\u00e5 funkar det riktigt bra.
