Les Mills BODYBALANCE\u2122 \u00e4r en blandning av yoga, tai chi och pilates som g\u00f6r dig centrerad och lugn. Fokus ligger p\u00e5 andningen samtidigt som du tr\u00e4nar styrka, balans och r\u00f6rlighet till sk\u00f6n musik. Det h\u00e4r vill jag f\u00e5 ini min tr\u00e4ning i h\u00f6st. Jag gick f\u00f6r min b\u00e4sta v\u00e4n Jessica, ocks\u00e5 intstrukt\u00f6r p\u00e5 SATS, och inte bara b\u00e4sta v\u00e4n, b\u00e4sta BODYBALANCE\u2122 instrukt\u00f6ren med! Jessicas lugn \u00e4r f\u00e5 f\u00f6runnat n\u00e4r hon kliver upp p\u00e5 scenen. Det formar hela klassen. Stolt \u00f6ver henne. Och stolt \u00f6ver mig sj\u00e4lv som gick hit f\u00f6r det h\u00e4r \u00e4r inte min starkaste gren kan jag lugnt s\u00e4ga.
