Tv\u00e5 instrukt\u00f6rer jag verkligen tycker ni ska prova k\u00f6ra f\u00f6r, om du bor eller \u00e4r h\u00e4r i Stockholm. Nasim som ocks\u00e5 leder Body Pump, Body Combat och Charlotte\u00a0SH \u0301BAM och Body Pump. V\u00e5ra m\u00e5ndagar i personalrummet \u00e4r alltid maxad med energi. Jag svettig och helt slut efter att precis ha k\u00f6rt, men full med endorfiner och tjejerna fortfarande fr\u00e4scha och fulla med energi till sina klasser.<\/p>\n<p>Puss p\u00e5 er tjejer!\u00a0Love our mondays! \ud83d\ude42 Saknar dock Camilla som ocks\u00e5 h\u00f6r m\u00e5ndagen till.
