Ja, sunkig. Man har legat f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge, k\u00e4nner sig allm\u00e4nt gr\u00e5, trist, lite skitig och energil\u00f6s, typ. \ud83d\ude42 \u00c4r man riktigt d\u00e5lig, d\u00e5 ska man till\u00e5ta sig vara s\u00e4ngliggande men sen, n\u00e4r man b\u00f6rjar k\u00e4nna energi s\u00e5 sm\u00e5tt komma tillbaks, d\u00e5 har jag lite tips till dig som jag nu \u00e4gnat s\u00f6ndagen \u00e5t! Tagit hand om mig sj\u00e4lv lite som jag \u00e4r noga med.
