OUFF!<\/p>\n<p>Ett av mina favoripass just nu som jag leder &#8211; <strong>GRITH Strength<\/strong>. 30 minuters h\u00e5rdintervalls tr\u00e4ning med tunga vikter, vi jobbar vikter p\u00e5 st\u00e5ngen runt 50% av din kroppsvikt. JO! <strong>Du kan!<\/strong> Det sitter bara i skallen!
