Jag kan g\u00e4rna hj\u00e4lpa dig med sm\u00e5 enkla \u00f6vningar. Eftersom internt n\u00e4st intill \u00e4r obefintligt h\u00e4r s\u00e5 lovar jag att f\u00e5nga upp den n\u00e4r jag kommer hem. T\u00e4nkt p\u00e5 det en del och f\u00e5tt n\u00e5gra fr\u00e5gor om enkla \u00f6vningar, sj\u00e4lvklart vill jag hj\u00e4lpa! Men f\u00e5r bli inl\u00e4gg fr\u00e5n hemmaplan, tar allt f\u00f6r l\u00e5ng tid h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r nere just s\u00e5 forts\u00e4tter vi med morgonl\u00f6prundan i soluppg\u00e5ng i branta sanddynor, g\u00e5r riktigt bra, n\u00e4stan att jag b\u00f6rjar gilla att springa. \ud83d\ude09 Det finns ocks\u00e5 ett mindre gym h\u00e4r p\u00e5 hotellet som vi hunnit med. Och just d\u00e4r, som jag t\u00e4nkte hj\u00e4lpa dig med lite \u00f6vningar om redskapen och vikterna \u00e4r mindre, vad g\u00f6ra? Som typ h\u00e4r, tv\u00e5 4 kilo hantlar och tv\u00e5 maskiner, that\u00b4s it&#8230;eh japp&#8230;inte alltid l\u00e4tt men det blir vad man g\u00f6r det till och just det jag kommer ge dig lite enkla tips senare! Man kan g\u00f6ra mer \u00e4n vad man tror.
