Jag kommer ta upp fem saker som jag sj\u00e4lv tycker \u00e4r viktigt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u00c4t regelbundet <\/strong>\u00c4t cirka fem g\u00e5nger per dag f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 i dig energi s\u00e5 att du ligger p\u00e5 en j\u00e4mn niv\u00e5 hela dagen. Annars blir man l\u00e4tt irriterad och tr\u00f6tt eftersom blodsockret sjunker, h\u00f6js och sjunker igen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. G\u00f6r s\u00e5 att maten ser extra god ut <\/strong>Om du l\u00e4gger lite extra tid p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 att din mat ser god och f\u00e4rgglad ut s\u00e5 kommer det k\u00e4nnas roligare och betydligt godare att \u00e4ta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Drick smoothie som mellanm\u00e5l <\/strong>En smoothie har m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rdelar, man kan l\u00e4gga i n\u00e4stan vad man vill, man kan variera smaken n\u00e4r man vill och det g\u00e5r fort att g\u00f6ra. N\u00e4r man ska \u00e4ta mellanm\u00e5l s\u00e5 \u00e4r man inte alltid s\u00e5 hungrig, d\u00e5 \u00e4r en smoothie ett perfekt val! \u00c4r du stressad och ska iv\u00e4g n\u00e5gonstans s\u00e5 \u00e4r smoothie n\u00e5got du kan ta med dig \u00f6verallt, till bussen, skolan eller stan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. \u00c4t en varierad kost <\/strong>Det \u00e4r viktigt att f\u00e5 i sig lite av allt. \u00c4ter du en varierad kost s\u00e5 inneb\u00e4r det att du f\u00e5r i dig: Fisk, k\u00f6tt, gr\u00f6nsaker, frukt, mineraler, vitaminer, potatis\/pasta\/br\u00f6d, mejeriprodukter, fett, \u00e4gg och b\u00e4r!<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Sm\u00e5\u00e4t inte! <\/strong>N\u00e4r du k\u00e4nner att du \u00e4r sugen p\u00e5 n\u00e5got, ta d\u00e5 en frukt, lite n\u00f6tter eller smoothie, sen \u00e4ter du mycket mat n\u00e4r du v\u00e4l \u00e4ter.
