Att meditera betyder inte att du beh\u00f6ver ligga ned eller g\u00f6ra en l\u00e5ng avslappning, det r\u00e4cker att du koncentrerar dig p\u00e5 n\u00e5got, tex andningen, ljud, tankar eller r\u00f6relser.
