D\u00e4rf\u00f6r kommer jag nu att dela med mig av n\u00e5gra nyttiga och goda recept!<\/p>\n<p>Nyttiga muffins:<br \/>\n<strong>* 1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>* 1 msk valfritt mj\u00f6l<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>* 1 banan<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>* kanel efter smak (ca 2 tsk)<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>* kardemumma efter smak (ca 1 tsk)<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>* honung efter smak (ca 1 msk)<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>* 3\/4 dl havregryn<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>* 1 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>* 1 msk kakao<br \/>\n<\/strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r: Vispa \u00e4gget h\u00e5rt, blanda ner resterande ingredienser. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 10 minuter i ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Kokoskladdkaka<\/p>\n<div><strong>* 1 \u00e4gg<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>* 2 msk kakao<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>* 1 msk kokos<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>* 1 msk kokosmj\u00f6l (finns bla p\u00e5 willys &amp; maxi)<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>* 1msk havregryn<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>* 2 krm bakpulver<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>* lite agavesirap<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>* kokos till &#8221;sm\u00f6rning&#8221; och topping<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>* 1\/2 banan<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>* lite kaffe<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>* 1\/4 dl kokosmj\u00f6lk<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>S\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00f6r du:\u00a0L\u00e4gg kokos p\u00e5 botten i en sk\u00e5l. Vispa \u00e4gg och agavesirap por\u00f6st. Blanda de torra ingredienser och mosa bananen. H\u00e4ll i de torra ingredienserna tillsammans med kokosmj\u00f6lk och banan i \u00e4ggblandningen.
