Speciellt inte jag sj\u00e4lv! Och verkligen inte min tr\u00f6tthet! Ska det vara s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt?! F\u00e5 tummen ur o peppa sig sj\u00e4lv. Jag vet ju att n\u00e4r jag v\u00e4l tagit mig \u00f6ver tr\u00f6skeln s\u00e5 kommer jag h\u00e5lla mig d\u00e4r o det kommer bara flyta p\u00e5. S\u00e5 nu \u00e4r jag mer best\u00e4md \u00e4n n\u00e5nsin&#8230;&#8230;.!!<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Det jag pratar om \u00e4r o ta tag i:<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; h\u00e4lsan!<\/P><br \/>\n<P>T\u00e4nk&nbsp;att vakna o k\u00e4nna sig utvilad. T\u00e4nk&nbsp;att k\u00e4nna att man kan springa 2 km utan problem. T\u00e4nk&nbsp;att orka vara mer social. T\u00e4nk att orka bry sig. T\u00e4nk att k\u00e4nna att livet \u00e4r toppen.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Det vore underbart!:) Det ska vi besanna genom att:<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; \u00e4ta frukt o gr\u00f6nt (typ fixa mixern n\u00e5gong\u00e5ng o dricka smoothies)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; fisk&nbsp;2-3 ggr i veckan(som jag tror blir min st\u00f6rsta utmaning)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; motionera (som jag egentligen \u00e4lskar)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; dra ner p\u00e5 popcorn(!!!!)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; t\u00e4nka positivt (oavsett hur neg jag vill vara)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&#8211; shoppa (som jag f\u00e5r g\u00f6ra om jag \u00e4r duktig f\u00f6r det blir man glad av)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>So&#8230;.This is the first day of my new life!&#8230;&#8230;.Wish me luck:)<\/P><br \/>\n<P>xoxo<\/P><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nu j\u00e4klar har jag best\u00e4mt mig o inget ska stoppa mig.
