Att springa 5 km har varit s\u00e5 k\u00e4mpigt f\u00f6r mig. Jag har aldrig klarat av att springa det i ett str\u00e4ck utan de s\u00e5 kallade promenad pauserna. Ig\u00e5r kv\u00e4ll\u00a0best\u00e4mde jag mig!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Det blev 5,17 km p\u00e5 29:56 min. Genomsnittet l\u00e5g p\u00e5 5:47 min\/km. Wihoo! Som en seg \u00e4lg tog jag mig i m\u00e5l efter att ha\u00a0anv\u00e4nt mitt h\u00e4st psyke &#8211; man ska\u00a0inte ge upp p\u00e5\u00a0upploppet! Personligt rekord, check! Nu ska man bara g\u00f6ra om det. Jag och Rebecca har ett m\u00e5l att springa runt Palm Jumeirah (vid Alla hj\u00e4rtans dag tror jag&#8230;eller?) och den \u00e4r verkligen mer \u00e4n 5 km. Och jag blev nog tr\u00f6tt f\u00f6r n\u00e4r jag kom hem skulle jag k\u00e4ka yoghurt med flingor. Jag b\u00f6rjade h\u00e4lla upp &#8221;flingorna&#8221; och ins\u00e5g att det \u00e4r makaronp\u00e5sen jag tagit. Det hann bli en del i sk\u00e5len innan det kopplade&#8230;..Det \u00e4r som n\u00e4r man st\u00e4ller in saker i mikrov\u00e5gsugnen ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r kylsk\u00e5pet typ&#8230;..Hahha Rebecca fick sig ett litet skratt iallafall:)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Och nej, detta ska inte bli en tr\u00e4ningsblogg.
