Jag och min workwife Vikki gick till gymmet f\u00f6r att k\u00f6ra lite core och pilates! Tro det eller ej men jag satt och l\u00e4ngtade p\u00e5 jobbet efter att f\u00e5 g\u00e5 och tr\u00e4na. Kanske f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r det enda som jag anser roligt under veckodagarna:P<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Core passet var i 30 minuter och det \u00e4r inte alls samma intensitet som det var n\u00e4r jag gick i Norrt\u00e4lje. D\u00e4r var det 45 min-1 h och magen vek sig efter dom passen. H\u00e4r k\u00f6r vi med vikter och &#8221;gummiband&#8221; ocks\u00e5 i blandannat squate (hur det nu stavas) positioner s\u00e5 rumoen f\u00e5r sig en omg\u00e5ng, samt armar&#8230;.. Men idag k\u00f6rde vi Pilates direkt efter\u00e5t. Vi trodde det skulle vara i 30 minuter, men icke. D\u00e4r blev det 1 h och det var mycket jobbigare \u00e4n att k\u00f6ra Core. H\u00e4r var det l\u00e5nga sega r\u00f6relser d\u00e4r man skulle jobba med centralen av kroppen (magen) och tro mig. NU k\u00e4nns det!!!! F\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen jag gjorde pilates s\u00e5 visste inte vad jag skulle f\u00f6rv\u00e4nta mig!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Det blev ett lyckat tr\u00e4ningspass och \u00f6nska mig lycka till att r\u00f6ra mig imorgon&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Och nej, det kommer \u00e5terigen inte bli en tr\u00e4ningsblogg. Jag kommer forts\u00e4tta k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 min normala kost men kanske n\u00e5got h\u00e4lsosammare. Mitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att fr\u00e4mst f\u00e5 kontroll p\u00e5 mage och rumpa.
