Men f\u00e5r jag ordning p\u00e5 kosten och tr\u00e4ningen s\u00e5 kanske jag f\u00e5r ordning p\u00e5 min f\u00f6rbannade sjukdom.<\/p>\n<p>Idag har jag st\u00e5tt p\u00e5 crosstrainern i en halvtimme och styrketr\u00e4nnat en halvtimme.
