Fan vad b\u00e4st jag \u00e4r!!!!!<\/p>\n<p>Fick t\u00e5rar i \u00f6gonen n\u00e4r ja k\u00f6rde pulldowns, det var tungt som in i Norden men jag var som en maskin! Styrkan tog aldrig slut!!!! O t\u00e5rarna i \u00f6gonen var pga att jag var s\u00e5 j\u00e4kla lycklig att jag klara mitt personliga rekord med h\u00e4stl\u00e4ngder!!!<\/p>\n<p>Imorgon blir det 2 stycken 30 minuters pass! Ett magpass och ett pass som heter frisk! Frisk d\u00e5 tr\u00e4nar man med en v\u00e4st med tyngder! S\u00e5 d\u00e5 ska jag se till att vara en maskin ocks\u00e5!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Var en utl\u00e4ndsk kille som stod o psyka mej n\u00e4r ja tr\u00e4na o nicka och gav mej v\u00e4rldens leende!
