For New Years Eve we had a small dinner party at my house with some friends, then we went out to watch the fireworks, and then the pictures stop and I also can not remember exactly what happened. All I know is that we were in a club with music and drinks.
For dinner we started with a melted camembert with rustic bread. I got the recipe from this blog – hot-melty-baked-camembert.
For the main we had fillet of beef with potatoes and a cucumber, tomato and fetacheese salad with bearnaise sauce.
For desert with has a chewy chocolate cake with berries and vanilla ice cream.
With this delicious meal we drank A LOT of champagne.
