You will need
1. 50g pine nuts
2. Large bunch of basil
3. 50g Parmesan
4. 150ml olive oil, plus extra if needed.
5. One large garlic clove.
1. Cook the pine nuts until golden.
2. Start with a food processor or blender. Put in garlic and parmesan.
3. Pulse until the garlic and parmesan are in fine pieces.
4. Add in basil leaves, pine nuts, salt, pepper & olive oil.
5. Continue to pulse until a green paste has formed.
6. You may need to add more olive oil if you’d like it thinner.
Add a bow to it – and you can give it away as a gift.
