I have been seeing this ’hat & mustache’ tag all over town. I wouldn’t call this graffiti – i would call it street art. The artist puts this all around town on different sea through surfaces. Ex. Windows, bus stops, shop windows etc.
Even though it was pretty nasty putting my face so close to the bus stop wall, it had to be done 🙂
