Yesterday it was my birthday and my wonderful mother decided to fly from Switzerland (just for the evening) to have dinner with me. I could not ask for a more loving and caring mother!
We had drinks (corpse reviver 2 of corse), and then a 3 course meal.
As a started we had home made bruschetta. Then we had a wild mushroom pasta with parmesan and pine nuts. For dessert we had ice cream with a delicious home made sauce….and some wine of corse!
