Ingredients. |
- 1 dl milk
- 50 g butter or margarin
- 2 eggs
- 1,5 dl sugar
- 2,74 dl flour
- 1,5 baking powder
- 1,5 vanilla sugar
- 125 g raspberries
Turn on the oven on 200 deg.
Whip the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Melt your butter and let it cool.
Add your flour, melted butter, milk, baking powder, and vanilla sugar to the egg and sugar mix.
Add half your raspberries to the mix.
Fill half your muffin cup and top with raspberries.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 min (until brown).
When they are done and cooled off sprinkle with icing sugar.
A nice cup of fruit tea and freshly baked raspberry muffins. Delicious!
