After a week..I mean a month….ok let’s be honest I mean a year of not doing any sort of work out. Today me and Åsa decided to go for a power walk in the forest with the dogs.
Suited and booted we headed out in the freezing cold, lets just say that both my nose and my butt were numb after an hour of walking. Someone should invent an ass-warmer, or maybe a stylish nose warmer. Haha.
The whole way I was obsessed with finding an ice patch to skate on. After finally finding one that was not deep enough to crack through and die of hypothermia, and thick enough not to get stuck on leafs – I had the time of my life. (I was like Bambi on ice)
p.s I cracked through it in the end and got my shoe wet – Damn!
