Services of various kinds is something I value truly high. I have high expectations of others and of myself when it comes to how I want things to be. I can get very obstinate if I do not get what I pay for.
Rather pay extra and it will be perfect. This is, believe me something that never can be misinterpreted by me. If it’s something I learned through the years as a manager, it is to negotiate.

I have always had a stomach ache when to be treated at my hairdressers, however. Now I find myself in a country where 8% speak English … hahahah….I know that the% is higher but they are ashamed as I am in terms of speaking Italian. Now it is even more nerve-racking to endure something that I still love to experience – namely, to sit 2.5 hours at my hairdresser. Read gossip, drink latte and talk to my psychologist whish are in this case my hairdresser, and think what good it is when they just listen and listen, sometimes they threw in some comments. Isnt that true, beautiful Deniz Frank pa Corinne & Friends?

& Before that I went to my hairdresser Jeanette pa Svartensgatan 7, WOW what a perfect hairdresser’s these girls are, I now understand.

At any rate, the D-Day arrised when I had to find out a Parruccherie in Padua. The first was a half crazy promiscuous man who colored my ratcolouredhair outgrowth hair orange. – Go to hell!

I Searched frantically for the next ruler of days I knew I would become a new victim. Finally I found her or I like to say Leonardo found her. This time I was a little more into this hairdresser though Leonardo knewed this girl (as if it would have been safer .. seekers? Do you understand at what level I am purely psychologically) And she also spoke english, BRAVA!  I Spent 3.5 hours at that hairdresser and then she made the following treatments on me:

–          First I had to wait just to jump into the chair to get started, that took approximately 20min.

–          Consultation 10min – they talkie, talkie I don’t think we came up with something, specifically??!

–           Then she started to add the colour into the bottom. – but before that, I certainly had to wait 35min …. because they are too flexible so they have to have four customers simultaneously.
Finally 12pkt  of highlights – which took circus 45min – good that you are careful, but what happened to be efficient?

 

Wash your hair in Italy is something unreal … they are almost rubbing probes scalp and it takes about 20 minutes … and then they always add a deep conditioner even if I haven’t asked for it ( in 5min) Fun, with a free massage that I didn’t asked for but I do not want to loose my hair.  
Then I thought it was a bit too yellow (again). They called this Scandinavian blonde, they must be completle blind and there’s nothing good to call themselves a hairdresser. So, I asked Miss Buttericks if she could put in a cold gradient to dampthe my chickencoloured roots. She looked at me and didn’t  not know what I meant. Believe me, no one can be clearer than I am. Starting to get somewhat uneasy, but she brushes on the shit into my hair ( dynga pa svenska, kort och gott), and I have a question I said, –  it is igofleur gradient (which ended production in 1985) Yes, how did you know? It sits elections in six washes, asshole!

         
Since the show began its like the Matador show in Madrid, when they blow dry your hair. it’s a really a show, they move backwards you, stepping out from your sides with looong undulating movements, where is the bull, Signorina Matador?  Im the bull?

Estimated time for this safetrip was 40min before the matador shut me ready. I started singing when she’s was ready … ”Oh, baby, baby how was I supposed to know ”…. That you were a SHIT! Matador has converted me to Britney Spears! Thanks but I am living in 2011.
Now comes the funny …. the very vilest, southern Italian style, I can only imagine.
The girl who was a ” friend ” to my boyfriend took her little counting machine (you have no cash register I had in mind???) And turn it on with the little fingers from Buttericks .. The speech, which she shows me makes me feel like I wanted to Donkey Punch ( google that if you don’t know and see the movie also if you have time) her. 195euro ! Excuse me ?????? Washed my hair, coloured my roots and 12 package of highlights = 199 euros. Does she wants to get paid because I had to wait for an hour also? IDIOT!        

Wait, I am in NY? Milano? Beverly Hills? No, I’m in via Settembre / Padova. Not a word I said … she pushed the buttons again and she says – Since, that it is your first time here at our place and you’re Leo’s girlfriend I will give you a discount. 175euro. Is she going on drugs? Do you have the reciept, I said because, I have just started my own company .. well, you know I gotta go out on records. The approval was not so happy from her side then.

Dissatisfied and cheated. Seeky, Seeky, Seeky .. found another dresser close and good I thought, JeanPierre&CO  a careful buisnesscompany which has existed for over 100 years. This is probably good. Now I found myself out  that I needed extension to put easily in my hair. So, Leonardo helps me deals to attract a good price. 

The thing is that I pay for a number of items but they deposit 30 less … So I went totally crazy on them, and they were thicker than a prinssausages ( prinskorv),themselves the extensions. So, what do I do, yes I’m calling in and announces this course in the middle of vacation. After a month I came back and told them  that I shall have the 30 extensions for  free that they had missed (?) and wondering how these grande extensions they put in as whish was thick and now they are like little pipe cleaners instead. Do you know what the guy  says that has taken over his familycompany? … Well, you choose the course, the thicker (prince sausages) yes, maybe I did, I answering.

– There are three choice options, Veronica. Grande, Medium and Piccolo. My question to the idiot was:  – If I had chosen the piccolo how it had looked after one month if the extension, Grande (prince sausages) is narrow like a pipe cleaner(piprensare) after a month? I think NO hair on that pipecleaner (piprensare) !!!… I looked at a question marked tiny family business guy who on the other side was now literally standing in my face … maybe, it’s a bit out of the Italian’s tactics in order to include women in their scams? His brain can not keep true to either, or they play dumb. This is something what I can not figure out. They are standing just infront of me and lying. Shame on these people. 

Ok, he fixed for free, thank God. I went to them several of times (do not ask me why … because I’m a scared, cowardly idiot …) The conclusion went like this: They had to make new extensions that would last longer, they sad the only bad thing was only that the brackets ( the keratina whish are holding trough the hair to an extension) were thick as chunks of ice hanging from outdoor ceilings at  my home in Umea.

My salvation from all the naughty hairdressers was Emy my friend who lives in Mestre 5min from Venezia and she told me that her hairdresser Zagara Parruccherie was just outstanding. By this time, I have a little hard to trust hairdressers but I give it a shot. Emy’s hair is blonde, beautiful and nice coluring, I made an appointment.         

She was right! Which strategy winding salon Zagara Parruccherie in Venice is. Always pleasant doing their job steering wheel. Easy to handle with them. I do not need to wait for hours service. Super when it comes to be professional. They listen to the customers needs. They use only natural extracts in their colors and schampo etc which means that my hair is incredibly shiny and nice these days. I just love Redken products but now I have changed these for Naturalmente productsthat they are selling at Zagara. It cost a lot but Hell its worthy, worthy…he he he he! So now I have sold the in to all the Veneto women and men! Thats good to also hear that you are good in something. When ppl treat others good they should also know that. When ppl treat others bad , they should know that BIG TIME. How can they otherwise change?

Then, the staff is super friendly natural ppl without this – coming – up- with – bullshit- stocking – into my – throat… Gabrielle who works there has also gone in the hard school Coppola, so they have resources at Zagara. Lorenzo one of the owner is the BEST when it comes to fix your makeup. Try him, you are not going to get disappointed you are going to look like a shining star; I can tell you.

It turned out that when they helped me out with my extensions that JeanPierre&Co in Padova fixed so nicely said, it took 4h and then 2persons helped me to remove these (note there is no over operation in words here) Nicola who is the other owner of Zagara believe with great certainty that they used the synthetic resin glue something that you glue type metal objects with … If this had been Sweden, said, I had called the police and we had closed the family buisness  at Jeanpierre&Co before a time for all eternity. Unfortunatly you have no right to do anything here. Ever heard about the bureaucrazy in Italy? There are no complainingsociety that we have at home, in safe Svedala. Here, person to person method speaking.  NOT common sense at all. They are driving their own race and do not care about others. La Famiglia, certainly but solidarity is missing here. 

Yes, I know I should not nagging, I am a foreigner and I should take the custom how it comes here but how much do I need to take, practice, change?  You should just be happy and nod. To be overnice as they are, when Im complaining  also. No one has the guts to complain if they have been treated bad, its crazy… the society cant cjìhange if you dont say what you dislike or like.  According towhat  Nicola at Zagara said, I had to cut the boy’s hairstyle after 4month if you had went on using that extensions with the glue for fixing the screws on cars. Thanks Emy for helping me! I owe you

         

Today I was happy in the wonderful place at Zagara. & if it costed 199euro in Buttericks, it costed 80euro comparing that I did exactly the same thing what I did in Zagara today, and then I got some other stuff in the bargain also ! THANK YOU guys and also a big kiss to the girls, Tanja and Ana-Maria !
