 1. Make Friends with FAT

The biggest diet myth is that you shouldnt eat fatty foods, but eating mor egood fats will help your body burn it faster, plus you will look younger. Essential fatty acids are vital for plump, radiant skin. Choose foods rich in omega-3.such as salmon, anchovies, nuts, seeds and avocados. Since I moved to Italy my skin are much more smoother and radiant, like hell 🙂

2. Get some lash highlights

The most innovative  way to look younger I think is to have or create looooong, fullbodied lash highlights. Either you do it with all the serum  whish are out on the market today or buy Jinny Lash, Lash highlights ( £ 1 per lash, google it)  Feathery eyelash extensions and with a little sunkissed tips gives the face a youthful freshness. ( I bought them for a party once and I felt stunning) Nowadays I cant live without my serum for my eyelashes.

3. Balance your body’s PH

High acidity in your diet can over time lead to cell damage leaving your skin looking lack from radiance and just feeling grey as a witch or a bitch 🙂

Aviod acid -forming foods like dairy ,meat and alcohol, cigarettes and eat more alkaline foods, like fruit and loads of veg. DONT forget to drink lots of water also. Try to take Proto-Col Green Magic, in your water (£29,95, google it )
