Let your emotions out !!!

Its not always easy to confide in your partners, and many people find it hard to truly open up themselves and the strange things even to your loved ones, because they are afraid of showing their weaknesses, fears or emotions of all kind.

This came more clearly since I moved here to Italy, that here its nothing wrong to show ALL kind of emotions. This IS the best thing about the people here. The most important things is to communicate and share all your feelings with your beloved ones. Just, respect others feelings and emotions, even if its hard sometimes.

– DONT, YOU EVER FORGET THAT!

In, Italy being emotional is considered a positive, to be encouraged not frown up person. Emozioni ( emotions ) of any sort, even negative feelings such as sadness, are lauded as being very human and this applies to men as well as women. In Sweden its mostly the opposite when persons show their anger or being to romantic, or just sharing to many emotions to one and others we are thinking, or better saying ( in Sweden we having a very straight forward and direct way to speaking out things…)

Letting out your emotions proves you are not ” ice queen” . Sharing your inner thoughts or worries can bring you closer to your partner, giving them a chance to show empathy and give moral support, while clearly telling that they can do the same with you, something that I always trying to encourage to my partner. You should be careful that emotional venting not becoming too one-sided. Sharing your troubles can bring greater intimacy, creating a bond between you and your partner, shaped and strenghtened in good times and bad times. One thing is that, if you dont think your partner can be there for you, when the ships are down, there is something deeply sad about your relationship. Move forward, my dear.

When it comes to the emotions of felicità ( happiness ), the italians seem to have it figured out. Their priorities are different and they place more emphasis on spending time with their partner, family, and friends and enjoying this moments with lots of joy and gratefulness. This suites me perfectly, perche back in my home country some of my ex-partners thought I was quite crazy wanted to spend so much time with them. I love to be near the one I live with.

” Buona fortuna e godetevi il vostro in tutti i sensi ! ” ( Good luck and enjoy your love in all the senses!)
