Ahhha, I’m here in Sardinia where the skies are blue, and the sea is turquise clear and you feeling like a new Vero… Exercising ouside and being close to nature can really boost me and my feelings of relaxtion and inner calm is so welcoming.
For me its not fields and rolling hills that are the best for my emotional wellbeing, its being beside the sea.
The sea seems to encourage a significantly greater sense of calm in me for relaxtion and wellbeing then being in the countryside or in an urban green park. I like the sounds of the water, the preference of this sights and softy softy whispering music of water, could explain why so many soundtracks feature waves lapping against the shore.
When Iam beside the seaside, enjoyment and wellbeing increase more also being with the one you love. So, a solitary walk along the beach this summer could be just what you need, to feel and stay happy.
Perfect at sunset….. And what sunsets I have seened until now. At Mykonos, blending the white island of sauvage wild purple sunsets, never its going to leave your mind. In Ibiza, the sky seems to be incredible low, so the sunsets are making a touch up infront of your bodies, all the colours that the rainbow can offers you are smiling at all happy people.
