Lovely passione is my chef but only by cooking fantastic food of course:) ! He is preparing special tastes of fish for us tonite. Its going to be ”tuna tartare” and after primo that is always a pasta dish. Spaghetti con buzera in the middle.
After we eating that fantastic fish that you are seeing on the photo – pesce di orata!!!
The ones from Obbola/Umeå/Sweden is going to love this Italian spezzziality 🙂 !
