Should we avoid animal products?

Why are the chinese and japanese people living more healthier, and the average of age are more higher then in our  west countries? One of my friend is having a far better life by eating and consuming like the China studies is telling. I believe also that is best to skip all animal products, though I find it hard to do – I just love red meat. BUT,I feel better and my skin, and body seems to glance more when Im NOT eating meat in a couple of days.

I took out some information from wikipedia down below. Read. Its, THE CHINA STUDY.

” The authors conclude that people who eat a plant-based/vegan diet—avoiding animal products such as beef, pork, poultry, fish, eggs, cheese, and milk, and reducing their intake of processed foods and refined carbohydrates—will escape, reduce, or reverse the development of chronic diseases. They also recommend adequate amounts of sunshine to maintain sufficient levels of vitamin D, and supplements ofvitamin B12 in case of complete avoidance of animal products. They criticize low-carb diets, such as the Atkins diet, which include restrictions on the percentage of calories derived from complex carbohydrates.

The average Chinese woman is exposed to 35–40 percent of the lifetime estrogen exposure of the average British or American woman, and the rate of breast cancer among Chinese women is about one-fifth of the rate among Western women. They also argue that lower rates of colorectal cancer are associated with the consumption of plants high in fiber, such as beans, leafy vegetables and whole grains.”

The science is clear. The results are unmistakable. Change your diet and dramatically reduce the risk of cancer, diabetes, heart disease and obesity. Respected nutrition and health researcher, Dr. T. Colin Campbell reveals the truth behind special interest groups, government entities and scientists that have taken Americans down a deadly path

Even today, as the low-carb craze sweeps the nation, two-thirds of adults are still obese and children are being diagnosed with Type II diabetes, typically an ”adult” disease, at an alarming rate. If we’re eating healthier, why are Americans stricken with heart disease as much as we were 30 years ago?

Vero words,

As I know that lots of women( of course also men) all over the world wants to eat healthier not only because of losing weight, also being careful of diseases of all sorts in the future. My only conclusion is what I can substitute with, because Im one of those lucky ones, that losing too much weight if Im stop eating animal products. I know that one of my friend lost a lot of weight when she got started, but luckily her job was happy(?) She was working as a model at Elite in NY 🙂 ! I guess I need to search for more information about how to do, and my passione is going to think Im ridiculous trying to stop eating meat. Im between 2 worlds in this case. Loving meat, or loving life?- Can it be so black and white? If you love what you eat, can it help you stay away from diseases? Its a hypothetical question.
